I’ve installed Ghost systems in two of my vehicles and believe it’s a very good product. Unfortunately, the after-sales service was disappointing when I requested them to assist with device transfer shortly after installing the device the car needed to be sold.

When I asked about transferring the system from a vehicle I’m selling, I was told the cost is essentially the same as buying a new one and that “there was nothing she could do or assist with.”

I understand there are costs involved, but I expected a more helpful response from a company I’ve supported twice. A good product deserves equally good after-sales service.

1 week later; update

I think it’s fair to always give feedback when the company reaches out to you. They later assisted me with the transfer and will be using it on my other new car. Thank you for assisting me

Excellent service and assistance by all personnel and especially Nokuthula one year ago when I had the Ghost installed.

Today I am posting an update as they stole my vehicle two weeks ago but only managed to drive 150 meters before abandoning the mission. What an exceptional product, highly recommended 👌

Attempted Theft of Vehicle....

They managed to disarm Alarm,
Start the Car but abandoned the Vehicle after 150meters, because the
Ghost System prevented them from getting away....

I went to a restaurant with my wife and when we returned we noticed that the vehicle was broken into and a fair amount of damage was done to the dials and window trimming. It looked like they were trying to locate the Ghost console and harness. I truly believe the only reasons my vehicle was still there where I left it was that they couldn't locate it and decided to leave the vehicle. I was advised on getting Ghost installed with all the unfortunate stealing of vehicles. This system works extremely well and I am so happy I had it installed.

Thank you Ghost for saving my Toyota FORTUNER they only managed to roll the car down 800m from where I parked
When you own a high risk car please make sure you have a Ghost system in place that stops them the trauma is real and glad that they stole the car and not robbed me from my life
I give all praise and glory to God for protecting me and my daughter on the day
